Hospital Policies
APPOINTMENT POLICY
We operate under an appointment only basis. Emergency cases for established clients are accepted 24 hours a day and shall always receive top priority.
PATIENT ARRIVAL POLICY
· For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
· All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
· Avian and Exotic animals must be presented in an appropriate carrier.
PAYMENT POLICY
· We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash and Personal Checks.
Prescription refills
We require a 24 hour notice for prescription refills. Special order prescription drugs may take up to one week.
HEARTWORM PREVENTATIVES

We require proof of a negative heartworm test within the period of one year proir to the purchase of heartworm preventatives for all dogs over 6 months of age.
