APPOINTMENT POLICY
We operate under an appointment only basis. Emergency cases for established clients are accepted 24 hours a day and shall always receive top priority. Please note there may be a "No Show" fee applied for appointments that are not canceled with 24 hours advanced notice.
PATIENT ARRIVAL POLICY

PAYMENT POLICY
· We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash, Personal Checks and financing through CareCredit.
Prescription refills
We require a 24 hour notice for prescription refills. Special order prescription drugs may take up to one week.

We require proof of a negative heartworm test within the period of one year proir to the purchase of heartworm preventatives for all dogs over 6 months of age.
